Before the construction stage begins, the design    and material selections need to be decided on and confirmed. This minimizes any delays or confusion during construction.

Once you have your design and material selections finalized, you are ready to build. If you already have a design, or your own architect, that is not a problem  UrHome is willing to work with your designer to construct your project from start to finish. 



UrHome Design and Renovation has project managers and contractors working with us to make your renovation stage a hastle free process.



UrHome will take care of all the paperwork, processes, and finding qualified personnel for you to do the work. Examples are listed below.

You will have regular meetings with the Project Manager during the build stage to ensure that your needs and expectations are being met. This gives you a chance to ask questions about the project while it is in progress. The Project Manager will also update you on what is going on.
