Once you have had the pre-design consultation or you already have a good idea of the design you want, measurements will be taken of the area you would like to have renovated so that accurate plans can be drawn up.

During this stage you brainstorm and share ideas with the designer . The designer will draw up an accurate plan and continue to work with you as necessary until you are completely satisfied with your design and your material selections.​



With the design, UrHome will give you a package which includes a set of floor plans, elevations, and any other necessary drawings. You will also get a booklet containing all your material selections, a scope of work and estimate for construction. With this information you can compare our prices with other contractors, or do the renovation yourself, all the information you need is there. Should you choose UrHome as your general contractor for the      construction​   stage of your renovation, you will receive a 20% refund on the design package that you are given from us.



The price of the design package varies depending on the size and complexity of the project.
