The real estate agent works hand in hand with our contractor to asses the property and estimate the rehab price. Our contractor manages the project from start to finish, working closely with the designer to make sure that the project will stay on budget. The contractor also manages the project schedules and inspections to make sure the project is completed on time.



We have a system and a team with a strong set of skills required to complete the rehab from the beginning, where we find a house in a target area that is selling for a low price with a lot of potential and will have a high turn around, to end of the process, after the house has been newly renovated and sold at market value.
